Top and bottom plates trenched for studs.

Angle walls cut to correct length with full fillet studs supplied at ends to ensure correct fit up on site and no need for trimming.

Frames are braced to codes as 1684.2 with a detailed bracing layout which can be sent to site or council on request.
|
|
•
|
Structural lintels in frames are F27 kiln-dried hardwood, seasoned softwood or H2 treated LVL where required. If steel is required, it will be supplied and fitted into frame, where possible.
|
|

|
Care is taken to make sure adequate tie down between top plate and stud is sufficient to satisfy code.
|
|

|
45mm thick bottom plates are typical on all external and internal wall frames, to aid fix-out.
|
|
•
|
